These are the most common questions about our Accelerators eLearning Courses.

  • What currency is used on this site?
    • All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AU$), and are GST free.
  • I’ve purchased an Accelerators eLearning Course, where is it?
    • If you don’t already have an account set up
      • You will receive 2 emails from our Learning Management System (LMS) lms@mail.constantlearning.net – make sure you have both before creating your account.
      • The first is titled “Online Learning: Account Login”
        • Take note of your user name and password for future use (you can reset your password in your profile once you log in).
        • Follow the 2 step process shown and login.
      • The Second is titled “Your AIM WA – Accelerators – Online Courses order from xx xx, 20xx is complete”
        • This is a confirmation that your completed course is in your account ready to be commenced.
        • When logged in to your account, the page you are taken to is “My Courses” – your latest course should be there.
        • Select start and enjoy your course.
    • If you already have an account set up
      • You will receive an email titled “Your AIM WA – Accelerators – Online Courses order from xx xx, 20xx is complete”
        • This is a confirmation that your completed course is in your account ready to be commenced.
        • When logged in to your account, the page you are taken to is “My Courses” – your latest course should be there.
        • Select start and enjoy your course.
  • How do I complete an Accelerators eLearning Course?
    • Once you have accessed your course, you can begin it straight away. Whilst each course has it’s own instructions, here are some of that relate to most:
      • To navigate through your Account Page screen to access your Courses and Reports, use the icons on the left hand side. To get a written description of what each icon is, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the page.
      • The points below will help you once you’re in your course mode:
        • Activities: As you complete an activity, your comments and questionnaire results are sent to the Reporting Menu option in your account for you to review.
        • Dropdown Lists: There are two types of Dropdown icons used, an i for hints and a right arrow for further information.
        • Timing: Typically our eLearning courses can be finished in between 30 – 60 minutes. There are some longer courses, due to the more in depth activities involved. If you are losing focus during a course, take a break – you can stop and come back to your course at any time.
  • Where’s my Certificate?
    • When you have finished your course, the final screen will say that you have completed  “xxxxxxx” course.
    • It will also let you know that your Certificate will be found in the “Certificates” section of your account Dashboard. (If you want to print your Certificate, it’s recommended that you download it first, then print it as some printers will add text, such as the date, if you choose the print option instead.)
  • I would like multiple staff to complete a particular course – can this be done?
    • For all “bulk” registrations, select “2 or more participants” at the top of your Account Page and complete the Enquiry Form with the relevant details (which course is it, who will be doing the course, and what is their email address), and how best to contact you.
  • What about my privacy?
